HYDEAWAY FARM FAQ: Heidelberg

Delivery Days: We deliver on Tue and Fri. Orders close the day before delivery to allow us to plan and pack. Please submit your orders as early as possible.

Pricelist: An up-to-date pricelist, including if we are out of stock, is available at www.hydeawayfarm.co.za/pricelist.html

New Customers: Please email orders@hydeawayfarm.co.za with the following information:
  1. Name and surname
  2. Street address for delivery
  3. Cell number
  4. Email address for invoice
  5. Initial order and date of delivery
  6. Recurring order for Tuesday (optional)
  7. Recurring order for Friday (optional)

Ordering: Orders close midnight the day before deliveries.
  1. Orders can placed on our web order system. If you have not been created as a user, please ask us to create you. Once created, you will receive a personal link via SMS that you can use to place orders.
  2. Recurring orders can be setup for Tuesday and Friday. Please WhatsApp or email your requests. Recurring orders can be cancel or suspended up to the day before deliveries
  3. Orders can also be emailed to orders@hydeawayfarm.co.za.


Payment: Invoices are sent out at the end of the month via email and include our banking details. EFT payments are preferred and no cash is accepted due to security concerns.

Time of Delivery: We cannot deliver at a specific time as the vehicle has a long route to complete each delivery day. If you need to see how far we are from you, you can SMS the word Time from your own cell number to 0762111202 and you should receive an automated SMS within a few minutes which will show the number of “Stops” before you. You can work on an average of 5 minutes per stop.
