Delivery Days: We deliver on Tue and Fri. Orders close the day before delivery to allow us to plan and pack. Please submit your orders as early as possible.
Ordering:
We have multiple ways for you to order your products.
We prefer option 1 and 2:
Whould you WhatsApp or Email after 17:00, please provide enough information, as we plan trips before 05:00 and cannot contact you to clarify at that time.
Orders close midnight the day before deliveries.
Recurring Order: Send us what you would like to order for Tuesday and Fridays (They can differ per delivery day). This will then be added each week. You can cancel or change this order up to the day before the delivery. You can also request that we suspend your deliveries for a period (like when you go away)
Online Order: This allows you to order for each delivery day up to midnight the day before the deliver. New customers will automatically be sent their link via SMS. If you do not have your link to access, request it from us and we will send it to you. Each time you submit the order, it will overwite the previous order. If you just go into the link, it will show what your order is. Should you not want to change it, you can just leave it.

Payment: Invoices are sent out at the end of the month via email and include our banking details. EFT payments are preferred and no cash is accepted due to security concerns.
Time of Delivery: We cannot deliver at a specific time as the vehicle has a long route to complete each delivery day. If you need to see how far we are from you, you can SMS the word Time from your own cell number to 0762111202 and you should receive an automated SMS within a few minutes which will show the number of “Stops” before you. You can work on an average of 5 minutes per stop.
